Are these now the proposals for changes to the withdrawal agreement? Great Britain first presented its wishes in writing. In Brussels, it says: We examine that.

In the dispute over the Brexit Treaty, the British government has for the first time submitted written documents to the European Union on its requests for change.

This was announced by the EU Commission and announced this Friday a meeting of British Brexit Minister Stephen Barclay with EU chief negotiator Michel Barnier.

They have received documents from London and will be conducting technical negotiations with Great Britain on this basis over the next two days, said a Commission spokeswoman in Brussels. Whether the papers are actually the “written suggestions” requested by the EU, but still needs to be examined.
