Taylor Swift has won a lawsuit from a broker who claimed over a million dollars from the singer because of the purchase of a house in New York.
A Swift employee was given a tour of the house in 2017 and some papers about the building. Nine months later, the singer purchased the luxury home in Manhattan.
According to the broker who had shown the property, she was therefore entitled to .82 million pounds (1.08 million dollars) commission. However, the judge ruled that Swift never signed a contract, and therefore did not have to pay.
The house in New York is one of the many buildings that the singer owns.
